Starting therapy takes courage. My priority is to provide a space where you feel genuinely safe and supported. I believe in a flexible approach that can evolve alongside you, meeting you where you are in your process. Together, we’ll adjust our approach based on your feedback to ensure your therapy experience is as helpful and impactful as possible.
My therapy is based on an integrative approach, weaving together Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness to personalize your therapeutic experience. I ground my work in trauma-informed, person-centered, and relational practices, creating a space where connection and trust are central.
